Immediately after graduating from the frozen tundra of Syracuse University (Go Orange!), Jerry hightailed it to balmy Los Angeles where he continued learning underthe tutelage of legendary director Tony Scott, creating BTS docs for many of his films.

He wrote music video and commercial treatments for A-list directors such as *** ***** *** **** ***** (redacted per NDA agreements). He directed and produced promos for studios including Disney, 20th Century Fox, Sony, and Universal, as well as digital content for leading brands such as Nike, Converse, LG, Samsung, Geico, Dodge, Chevy, and Hyundai.

Somewhere in there he squeezed in co-writing and directing the feature film, BIG TIME, which was an official selection of the HBO U.S. Comedy Festival in Aspen.

Most recently, Jerry has directed over 100 commercials for Mattel, including brands such as Barbie, Polly Pocket, Monster High, and Disney. Breathing new life into the toys has become a passion. Not in a Frankenstein kinda way, but with old school cinema tricks – from dynamic camera angles and movement to even cooler stop-motion animation.

He would never say he’s cracked the code...but maybe he did. And here it is:

Director of Photography / Producer / Founder

A love of cinema, camerawork and editing became Will’s passion at a young age. After Syracuse University and the graduate film school at Florida State University, Will moved to Los Angeles. Teaming up with fellow Syracuse alum Jerry Heiss, together they formed Reel to Real Productions in 1997, a behind-the-scenes (BTS) and content company. Shooting and editing BTS documentaries, HBO First Looks and TV specials on Tony Scott movies for over 15 years was an early highlight. Separately, Will shot various documentary and TV projects, including programs for Discovery Channel, HBO, History Channel, and PBS Frontline.

Will and Jerry also worked on branding and commercial spots for RSA, as well as behind-the-scenes projects for Ridley Scott on films such as AMERICAN GANGSTER and ROBIN HOOD. Separately, Will shot and edited BTS content for a host of Ridley Scott films, including new documentaries for ALIEN, BLADE RUNNER, THELMA AND LOUISE, GLADIATOR, and PROMETHEUS. Since then, Will has continued to capture feature film and TV content with recent shows including Apple’s MARGOT’S GOT MONEY TROUBLES, PALM ROYALE, PHYSICAL, and SHRINKING. Will and Jerry have also continued to produce commercial digital content and social media for clients as varied as Geico, Hyundai, Alaska Airlines, and LG.

Since 2020, Will has focused on commercials. As producer and Director of Photography, Will has worked on over 200 commercials, largely for Mattel. Working with Mattel’s internal brand team, Will and Jerry have collaborated on TVC creative for brands such as Barbie, Monster High, DC, Hot Wheels, Polly Pocket, and Disney.

Craig Skrzypecki is is an accomplished Executive Producer with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial production industry, leading award-winning campaigns for top brands, agencies, and production companies. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing strong client partnerships, driving new business growth, and delivering high-quality creative work from concept through execution.

For the past several years, Craig has served as Executive Producer at Reel to Real Productions, a creative agency and live-action production company known for combining compelling storytelling with innovative filmmaking. In this role, he has successfully secured and produced multi-shoot campaigns for leading brands, consistently exceeding client expectations while managing complex productions and fostering long-term relationships.

Craig's extensive network spans brands, advertising agencies, film studios, production companies, and creative service providers across the industry. His ability to connect creative vision with strategic business objectives has made him a trusted partner for clients seeking impactful content and seamless production execution.
